I was impressed by the range of amenities, including the open gym, indoor games, and water conservation efforts. The road front apartment aspect is also attractive. However, the price point, especially for the larger units, felt a bit on the higher side considering it's an under-construction property without OC yet. We also liked the idea of a solid waste management system and rainwater harvesting. The hospital is also very close by, which is reassuring. The main concern is the traffic on Nashik Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. But given the proximity to essential places, we decided to go ahead.

One thing we noticed is that the road leading to the project can be narrow in parts, which might be a minor inconvenience sometimes. But the overall value proposition is strong.
