It's a bit compact but perfectly fine for our small family. The price was around 36 Lakhs, which felt reasonable. Shubham Developehave a decent reputation. We also liked the idea of a solid waste management system and rainwater harvesting. The hospital is also very close by, which is reassuring. The main concern is the traffic on Nashik Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. But given the proximity to essential places, we decided to go ahead.

We are looking at a 703 sq.ft 2 BHK, which offeplenty of space compared to our current rental. The price is in the range of 45 Lakhs. The proximity to the Nashik - Shirdi Highway is excellent for us as we often visit family. We also appreciate the inclusion of a gazebo and barbecue area for weekend relaxation. The project is under construction and should be ready by March 2027. One thing we noticed is that the road leading to the project can be narrow in parts, which might be a minor inconvenience sometimes. But the overall value proposition is strong.
