After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and accessible place in Rajkot. Bhagwati Avenue seemed like a good option. The location in Bhakti Nagar, Mavdi, is relatively peaceful compared to the city center. I purchased a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of approximately 469 square feet. It provides ample space for my needs. The project was completed by Bhagwati Enterprise around June 2023 and is ready to move. It's reassuring that essential services like Mavdi Fire Station Bus Stop are very close, nearby. The flat feels well-built. I did notice some dust on the balconies from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but I expect that to settle down soon as the area develops.

This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Bhagwati Avenue in Rajkot. I found the 2 BHK flats here to be quite practical. I opted for a unit with a carpet area of 314 square feet. It’s a good starting point for me. The location in Mavdi, Bhakti Nagar, is decent, with Tapovan School located nearby. Bhagwati Enterprise developed this project, which is ready to move since June 2023. I felt confident buying here because it's a ready property. However, I am a bit concerned about the parking situation. It seems like it might get a bit tight if many residents have multiple ca, which is something to consider for the future.

Just moved into Bhagwati Avenue and settling in. The location in Bhakti Nagar is quite convenient for my new hospital, Wockhardt Hospitals, Rajkot, which is only nearby. Also found Tapovan School nearby, which is good to know. I purchased a 2 BHK flat here and the carpet area is around 469 square feet, which feels spacious enough for my needs. The project is ready to move, which was a big factor for me as I needed to relocate quickly. The developer, Bhagwati Enterprise, seems to have completed the construction by June 2023. One thing I've noticed is that the traffic on Mavdi road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable.

We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade to Bhagwati Avenue. We got a 2 BHK here, the carpet area is about 314 square feet for our unit. It's a good size for us and our daughter. Having a school like Tapovan School nearby is a major plus for us. The project is ready to move which meant we could shift in pretty much straight away after the deal was done. Bhagwati Enterprise built this, and they finished it around June 2023. The only slight concern is the noise from the nearby Mavdi Fire Station Bus Stop, especially in the mornings. Otherwise, it’s a decent upgrade from our previous rental.

The main road access is okay, but you do have to navigate through some smaller streets to get to the main thoroughfare, which might be a minor inconvenience for some.
