The nearby Sahyadri Academy at nearby is a good factor for families. However, the carpet area for the 1 BHKs, around 502 square feet, felt a bit small for us when we saw the plans. Also, the access road to the project, Plot No 98, Tandulwadi, is not the best, being a narrow lane for the last stretch. We are hoping the final finishing makes up for these minor concerns.
