    I bought a 4 BHK villa at Bhagirath Habitat because of its ready-to-move status and the decent built-up area of 2100 square feet. The price was around 48 Lakh, which felt reasonable for a villa in this part of Ahmedabad. The location on Baliyadev Temple Road, near Lambha Turning, offegood connectivity to the Sardar Patel Ring Road. Bhagirath Group has equipped the project with 24x7 CCTV surveillance, power backup, and ample car parking space. The landscaping and tree planting are also well done. Divine Life International School is quite close at nearby, which is convenient. One thing to note is that the APMC Metro Station is nearby, so public transport access isn't immediate. Still, it's a solid property for peonal use.
