The super built-up area is 947 square feet, which feels quite spacious for two people. We liked the gated community aspect and the children’s play area is a nice touch for when friends visit with their kids. The price was around 55.21 Lakh which was within our budget. The location in West Tambaram is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houPower backup is a good amenity to have here. Overall, it's a good buy for the price and space.

We wanted a villa with good security for our family, and Bhaggyam Gopalakrishnan Nagar seemed like a good option. It's a gated community, which gives us peace of mind. The villa has 2 BHK configuration and the area is 947 square feet. It’s a ready to move property, so we didn't have to wait long. The main reason we chose this was the proximity to good schools; CSI Corley Higher Secondary School is only about 3 kilometeaway, which is very convenient for us. Hindu Mission Hospital is also close by. The price point of 55.21 Lakh onwards was reasonable for a villa in this area. The only slight concern is that the OC received status is not available, which we are hoping Bhaggyam Constructions will clarify soon.

However, the road access to the project isn't the best; it involves a narrow lane for a short distance, which can be inconvenient sometimes, especially with larger vehicles. The completion date was May 2019, so it's been a while since it was handed over.
