The price was about 1.32 Crore, which is substantial, but the space and location are excellent. Being close to Apollo Hospitals is extremely convenient for my professional. The project offeessential amenities like power backup, which is crucial, and 24x7 security. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. While Mogappair can get busy, the accessibility to main roads is decent. Bhaggyam Constructions delivered a solid product.
