The price was reasonable, falling in the 50-52 Lakh range. It is ready for possession, which was important for us. The proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya Cossipore, just under a kilometer away, is a major advantage for my children's schooling. While the overall construction is good, the internal finishing could have been slightly better. However, for the price and location, it represents good value.
