  As I am based abroad, finding a reliable property for my parents in Bengaluru was challenging. Berlin Berlinton Township in Bommanahalli seemed like a good fit. It’s ready to move, which means my parents could settle in quickly. The location is convenient, being very close to NH 44 and Hosur Road, allowing them easy access for any appointments, like those at Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta which is nearby. Berlin Properties has a reputation for timely delivery, which was reassuring. My only concern was the parking situation, which seems a bit tight if visitocome over frequently. Otherwise, the connectivity and the developer's reliability are strong points.

  We moved into Berlin Berlinton Township after retirement, seeking a quieter life but still needing good access to amenities. The location in Bommanahalli is quite accessible, being just under a kilometer from NH 44 and Hosur Road, which is useful for occasional travel. It's also close to Bannerghatta Road. The project by Berlin Properties is ready for occupancy, which was ideal for us. However, the noise levels from the nearby main roads can be a bit disruptive at times, especially during peak houDespite this, the convenience of having ORCHIDS The International School and Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta within a short distance is a significant advantage for us.

  We chose Berlin Berlinton Township because it's very close to ORCHIDS The International School, which is a big relief for us. It’s also just a short drive to Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta. The location in Bommanahalli provides good access to NH 44 and Hosur Road, making it easier for my husband’s commute. The apartment is ready to move in, and we appreciated that Berlin Properties handed over the keys without much delay. The kids’ play area is decent, though we wish there were more green spaces. Overall, it’s a convenient place for our family, especially with the school being so close by. Jayadeva Metro Station is also surprisingly accessible.

  We were looking for a ready-to-move flat closer to our jobs. Berlin Berlinton Township in Bommanahalli offered exactly that. It's really convenient being less than a kilometer from NH 44 and Hosur Road. We can get to our office in the IT corridor much faster now. The area has good connectivity, with Bannerghatta Road also being quite close. We haven't faced any major issues since moving in. The Berlin Properties team was quite professional during the booking process. While we don't have kids yet, the proximity to ORCHIDS The International School is something to consider for the future. The flat is functional and meets our needs.

The proximity to NH 44 and Hosur Road is excellent for rental potential due to easy connectivity. I'm expecting good appreciation in this area given the development. While the price point was reasonable for the location, the lack of detailed configuration information initially was a bit concerning. However, the overall project looks solid. It's well-connected to Bannerghatta Road as well. I believe this area will grow significantly in the coming yea, making it a sound investment for the long term.
