This is my very fit home purchase, and I decided on Bengal Tower. I bought a 2 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1000 square feet, for around 55 Lakhs. Bengal Millennium Realty Group has made it ready to move in, which was a relief. The location in Beehive Garden, Belghoria, seems promising with developing infrastructure. I like that it's a gated community with a gymnasium. The swimming pool is also a nice bonus. I did find the parking area to be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle, but for a single car, it's manageable. Overall, it feels like a good start.
