We chose Bengal Sangati Tower 3 because of its prime location. St. Patrick's Higher Secondary School is literally nearby, which means my kids won't have a long commute. We booked a 3 BHK with a carpet area of about 640 sq.ft. The project by Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Development LTD D is under construction and set to be completed in June 2029. While the location is fantastic for schools and HLG Memorial Hospital is also right there, the roads around Munshi Bazar can get quite congested during peak houWe are hoping the developer has planned for adequate internal traffic flow within Shristinagar. The 2 BHK option at 522 sq.ft was a bit small for our growing family.
