I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the complex feel green. The presence of a swimming pool and gymnasium is a definite plus for staying active. My 2 BHK apartment is about 600 square feet, which is perfectly adequate for my needs. It's conveniently located near the Max shopping centre, nearby. The maintenance costs seem manageable, and the 24x7 water supply is reliable. The building has lifts and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, adding to the security. It feels like a secure and pleasant community.

I picked up a 1 BHK in Bengal Sampoorna a few months ago as an investment property. The built-up area is around 400 square feet, which is a good size for rentals in New Town, Action Area 2. The price point started at 30 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for the location. It's pretty close to the airport, nearby, and also near Titumir Metro Station at nearby, making it accessible. The project was completed in January 2015, so it's a ready-to-move option. My only slight worry is that OC received status isn't clearly listed, which can sometimes be an issue for future resale or loan processes. But overall, the demand in this area for rentals is strong.

Our unit is around 750 square feet, fitting our budget nicely, which was around 1.2 Crores. The proximity to the airport (2.5 km) is great for our frequent work travels. We also love the jogging track and the gymnasium for our fitness routines. The construction quality seems solid. One minor issue we've noticed is that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low during peak usage times on higher floo, but it's not a major problem. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give us peace of mind.

The location in New Town, Action Area 2, is quite well-connected. The only downside is the traffic during peak hou, especially getting onto the main roads. Also, the banquet hall is a nice amenity for family functions. The price for our unit was around 5.5 Crores. Bengal DCL Housing Development seems to have provided good amenities.
