    I am buying this 3 BHK flat in Bengal Radha Krishna for my parents who live in Kolkata. Since I am an NRI, ease of purchase and ready-to-move-in status were key. The 1250 sq.ft super builtup area should be very comfortable for them. It's good that the project is ready to move since January 2024. The New Town School is close by, which is great if they have guests with children. The price starting at 85 Lakh is acceptable. My main concern is the lack of information regarding the Occupancy Certificate. I hope Bengal R S Construction can provide clarity on this soon. The car parking facility is also a must-have for my father.
