We purchased a 3 BHK flat in Bengal Peerless Avidipta Phase II. The size is around 1500 square feet, which is good. The location is decent, close to EM Bypass and Santoshpur Avenue. The building has 24x7 water supply and lift services, which are essential. We have seen the cricket pitch and the amphitheater, which are nice additions. The security is also 24x7. One thing I noticed during my visit was that the construction dust was still present in some common areas, though the flats themselves were clean. Overall, a solid purchase for the family.
