The proximity to the Salt Lake Bypass (1 KM) and Basanti Hwy (2 KM) is excellent for getting around the city. I’m considering a 4 BHK, with built-up areas ranging from 2444 Sq.ft to 2454 Sq.ft. The price is at the higher end, around 2.14 Cr, but the construction quality looks solid. I appreciate the Vastu Compliant design and the ample greenery with landscaping. The 24X7 water supply is also a necessity I won't have to worry about. The only concern is the completion date is March 2024, and I need to move sooner.
