Being ready to move was a huge advantage. The children's play area is a great feature for our kids. It’s close to SBOA School, which is very convenient. The only slight issue is the price, which was at the higher end of our budget, going up to 90 Lakh for the larger 2 BHKs. However, the quality of construction and the overall amenities like the multipurpose hall made us feel it was a worthwhile investment.
