I chose Before Recidency for its location in Gundlapochampally, North Hyderabad. The 2 BHK configuration with 1150 square feet built up area is quite spacious for my family. It’s ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. The price of 77.05 Lakh was acceptable considering the amenities provided, such as 24x7 water supply and power backup. The proximity to the ORR Exit is very convenient for travel. I also appreciate the fire sprinklefor safety. The main issue we are facing is the connectivity within the immediate locality; you have to travel a bit to reach the main road, and the roads aren't always the best.
