The location in Knowledge Park-III is convenient for my hospital which is nearby, along with Apeejay School. I looked at a 1 BHK flat around 692 Sq.ft built up, which feels quite spacious. The price was around 60.55 L. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice amenities, though I wish the power backup was full instead of partial. Security seems good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance.
