This is my very fit property purchase, and I chose Beacon Green Grace because it's ready to move in. That meant I could see exactly what I was buying. The security features, including 24x7 CCTV surveillance and being a gated community, make me feel very secure. The location in Alathara is well-connected, with NH 47 Bypass Road easily accessible. It’s also great that KIMSHEALTH Hospital Trivandrum is nearby. My biggest concern is the noise from the nearby AIR Substation Bus Stop, which is nearby but audible sometimes. However, the thought put into the interior design for space, light, and ventilation is commendable.
