The 948 sq.ft area is manageable, and the availability of a lift is essential for me. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the overall security provided by BDR BuildeAnd DevelopeThe price point of 47.4 Lakh onwards is acceptable for a ready-to-move property in South Hyderabad. The nearby Pratyusha Hospital at nearby provides convenient access to medical facilities, which is reassuring. While the landscaping and tree planting are nice touches, I do find the overall construction quality to be average. It's a decent place to live, but not outstanding. The distance to L. B. Nagar Metro Station is quite significant.
