The nearby Pratyusha Hospital at nearby provides convenient access to medical facilities, which is reassuring. While the landscaping and tree planting are nice touches, I do find the overall construction quality to be average. It's a decent place to live, but not outstanding. The distance to L. B. Nagar Metro Station is quite significant.
