    This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I decided on BCG Green Valley because it's ready to move in. The location in Kalamassery is very accessible, with Rajagiri Public School nearby, which is reassuring. Also, Aster Medcity being nearby is a big comfort. The Cochin Univeity Metro Station is only a 2-minute walk from the project, making travel very easy. I chose a 2 BHK unit, and it feels spacious enough for me right now. I am still exploring other aspects of the project and BCG Builde' service.

    I finally found a place in Kochi for myself. BCG Green Valley is ready to move in which was a huge plus for me. It is located in Kalamassery, which is quite convenient. I can get to NH-47 and NH-17 easily from here for my commute. The only thing is that the parking space seems a bit tight, and I worry about that during peak houI haven't faced any major issues so far, but I've only been here a short while.
