The biggest concern for us is the traffic congestion on the main roads during peak houwhen going to our IT offices. It takes a bit longer than expected.

We purchased a flat in BCC Bharat City back in 2015, and it has been a peaceful living experience. The sprawling 36-acre green area is a major plus, offering a lot of space for walks. Our 2 BHK is around 940 sq.ft, which is quite adequate for us. The Vastu compliant design was also important for my wife. Although it was completed in 2011, the construction still holds up well. The 24x7 security and water supply are reliable, which is crucial. The only minor issue is the distance to the nearest metro station, Shiv Vihar Metro Station is nearby, making commutes a bit longer sometimes. Otherwise, it's a well-maintained property.
