As a retired professional, I sought a peaceful and comfortable living space. BBCL Midland offered a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1015 square feet, which is perfectly adequate for me. The price was around 51 Lakh, fitting within my retirement budget. The presence of a lift and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security and ease of access. I also appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, making the environment pleasant. The proximity to the Airport Metro Station, nearby, is a bonus for occasional travel. While the project is ready to move, the lack of readily available OC details was a minor concern during the purchase process.

We were renting a small place and wanted to upgrade to our own home. BBCL Midland was a project we considered, and we finally bought a 3 BHK here. The built-up area is quite spacious, ranging from 1310 to 1624 square feet, which gives us much more room to live comfortably. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for us as we didn't want to wait. The price for our unit was in the middle of the range, around 65 Lakh. We appreciate the gymnasium and the children's play area, which are great for our family. The proximity to schools is also a factor that influenced our decision.

I purchased an apartment in BBCL Midland for my parents who are living in Chennai. It's a ready-to-move-in project, which was ideal as I couldn't be there for the construction phase. The location in Semmancheri, opposite Sathyabama Univeity, is easy for them to navigate. I opted for a 2 BHK configuration, with a built-up area of approximately 1134 square feet, which is suitable for their needs. The price was around 58 Lakh. The inclusion of amenities like a gymnasium and a yoga/meditation area will be good for their health and well-being. The developer, BBCL, has a decent reputation. I'm hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.

Finding a good home for my family was a priority. We looked at BBCL Midland because it's in a decent location in Chennai South, Semmancheri. My kids really liked the children's play area, and my wife liked the landscaping. We bought a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1310 square feet, which is enough space for our two children. The price was about 55 Lakh, which was okay for us. The 100% power backup is a lifesaver during Chennai's frequent power cuts. However, the dust from nearby construction can be a bit much sometimes, and the roads leading to the main highway could be better maintained.
