The price was around 51 Lakh, fitting within my retirement budget. The presence of a lift and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security and ease of access. I also appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, making the environment pleasant. The proximity to the Airport Metro Station, nearby, is a bonus for occasional travel. While the project is ready to move, the lack of readily available OC details was a minor concern during the purchase process.
