This is my very fit property purchase, and BBCL Evita felt like the right choice. I was drawn to the 2 BHK configuration, specifically one that was around 1349 Sq.ft. The price of 91.8 L to 1.9 Cr was within my budget for this area. Being ready to move in was a major plus as I didn't want to wait. The Taramani Bus Terminus being a short distance is very helpful for commuting. I also liked that they have a grocery shop within the complex. The security features, like 24x7 security and video door security, give me peace of mind.
