    I purchased a 2 BHK unit in Bayline Apartment by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper. The super built-up area is 900 sq.ft., which is quite spacious for the price point of 73.8 Lakh onwards. The location in Adyar, Radhakrishnan Nagar is very convenient, especially with St. John's School and Rainbow Hospital practically next door. Having the Adyar Bus Depot also at nearby distance is a huge plus for commuting. The project was completed in September 2015, so it's ready to move in, which saved us a lot of time. My only concern is the lack of information on amenities and the OC received status. It would be good to have clarity on those aspects for future resale value.

The location in Adyar is fantastic, very central. Being close to the Adyar Bus Depot is extremely helpful for daily travel. Also, having Rainbow Children's Hospital and St. John's School right there is a major advantage. The project was completed back in September 2015, and it's ready for immediate occupancy. While the location and proximity to essentials are great, I wish there were more details available about the building's amenities and any received occupancy certificates. It feels a bit basic in terms of facilities.
