The location in Uttarpara is decent, though reaching the 230 Bus Terminus takes a bit of time, over nearby. My main concern is the noise from the nearby Grand Trunk road, especially during peak houIt can get quite loud. Otherwise, the amenities like the children's play area and landscaping are nice additions, even if I don't use them much myself. It's a functional space for a single peon.
