The location in Kotnoor is promising, especially with Chandrakant Patil English Medium School and United Hospital Gulbarga being nearby. That’s incredibly convenient. The developer, Baste Layout, seems reputable. My only hesitation is that the STBT Bus Station being so close means there can be some congestion sometimes. Also, the pricing information wasn't readily available, which made comparison difficult, but I went ahead based on the location advantages.
