I purchased a 3 BHK flat, 1195 Sq.ft, for around 23.9 Lakh. The ready-to-move status was ideal as my parents could move in without waiting. The location in City Center is excellent, close to daily necessities and Healthworld Hospitals which is nearby. Basok Construction delivered this in 2014. My parents have mentioned that sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low, especially during peak usage times. Other than that, they are quite content with the space and location.
