The building was completed in 2014 by Basok Construction. It's a quiet area overall, but getting to the main commercial hubs takes a little time.

The built-up area is decent for a family. One minor issue we've noticed is the dust from nearby construction, which can sometimes be a nuisance, especially during drier months. But overall, the convenience for school runs makes it worthwhile. The proximity to Benachity is also good for daily shopping.
