It was ready to move in, which was a huge convenience as we needed to relocate quickly. The price point between 52.69 Lakh and 64.99 Lakh seemed reasonable for the size and location in Ahmedabad. The developer, Basil Infracon LLP P, has provided good amenities like a gymnasium and a jogging track. We also appreciate the gated community aspect for security. My only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it is manageable.
