We booked a flat here because the location in Ambegaon Budruk is developing nicely and it is close to the Mumbai-Pune Highway. The price range of 67.5 Lakh to 76.5 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area. The construction is under progress and expected to be completed by July 2026. I appreciate the eco-friendly solar water heating system they are installing. My only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction which is quite a bit right now.
