Baana Garden by Viewtech Nirman Pvt Ltd is a good residential project. I purchased a 3 BHK flat which is about 1372 Sq.ft. The area has good connectivity, being close to Nh2. Gopalmath High School is right next door, which is very convenient. They have a proper garbage disposal system and water storage. The security with 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives peace of mind. The price was within my expected range, around 35 Lakhs for the 3 BHK. The construction quality seems solid. It was completed in 2015 and is ready to move in.
