My partner and I decided on Barlerias for our fit home together. We looked at the 5 BHK Penthouse which is massive at 4131 Sq.ft. The idea of a penthouse is very appealing. BP Homes has included some unique features like a gold-rated green building certification and they are building for high wind forces, which is reassuring. The location is decent, with Delhi Public School and Accord Supepeciality Hospital only nearby. The Bata Chowk Metro Station is also within a reasonable distance. However, the price is a serious consideration, starting from 3.88 Cr. We are hoping BP Homes offesome flexible payment plans. The construction is still underway, expected completion is December 2030. We really like the gymnasium and the spa facilities planned.

I bought a 4 BHK apartment in Barlerias, around 3051 Sq.ft, primarily for the investment potential. BP Homes has a decent track record, and the location in Sector 81, Faridabad, is developing nicely.
