The price was around 4.0 Crores, which is at the higher end, but the size and proximity to my workplace made it a worthwhile consideration. Being ready to move in June 2023 was also a big plus. The fire sprinkleare a safety feature I appreciate. While the location is excellent, the immediate surroundings still have some dust from ongoing development, which is a minor concern. Bargainer Propmart seems to have delivered a solid product overall.

The location in South City II, Sector 49, Sohna Road is decent, close to schools and hospitals. It cost us 2.75 Crores. The main reason we chose this project by Bargainer Propmart is that it is ready to move and we didn't want to wait. The apartment has good natural light. The only issue we found is the traffic on Sohna Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Also, the Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is about 6.4 kilometeaway, which is a bit far for daily commute.
