I got a 3 BHK, around 1900 square feet built up. It feels spacious enough for one peon, and I like that there's 24/7 water supply and power backup – essential for someone working long houThe price point was a bit high, around 2.8 Crores, but the location made it worth considering. The only minor issue is finding parking sometimes, as it's builder flooand space can be limited. Bargainer Propmart seems to have decent amenities though.
