It was ready to move, which was perfect for our timeline. The project is located in Ranip, Ahmedabad. We liked the idea of the children's play area and the overall landscaping. The price was around 30 Lakh for our unit, which was manageable. A small drawback is that the project is not very close to the metro station, at about 1.5 kilomete, which could be an issue for some. However, the 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides good security.
