We were looking for a spacious 3 BHK and Balchandra Iris caught our eye. Our flat is 1620 square feet, and the space is fantastic for us. Living in Jayachandran Nagar, Medavakkam, offea good balance between city access and a slightly quieter environment. We’ve used the swimming pool a few times and it’s well-maintained. The multipurpose room is also a great addition for hosting small gatherings. The piped gas connection is a modern convenience we really appreciate. The only minor issue is the car parking allocation; it feels a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.

Medavakkam is a growing locality, and I anticipate good rental demand. The gymnasium and swimming pool are also attractive features for potential tenants. The distance to Kauvery Hospital on Radial Road is also a plus. The price point was reasonable for the size and amenities offered in this developing area of Chennai South.

I purchased a 3 BHK flat here in Balchandra Iris for its ready-to-move status and the amenities. The size of the units, around 1600 square feet, is comfortable for my needs. I particularly enjoy the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it gives a peaceful atmosphere. The video door security provides an added sense of safety. While the Medavakkam area is good, accessing the main road directly from Jayachandran Nagar can be a bit of a squeeze at times due to narrow access lanes. Still, the overall environment is pleasant for retirement living.

We finally moved into our 3 BHK at Balchandra Iris last month. The built-up area is quite generous, our flat is 1679 square feet, giving us plenty of space. The location in Medavakkam is developing well, and it's reasonably close to my office. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a nice bonus for unwinding after work. Water supply has been consistent so far, which is a big relief. My only slight worry is the traffic during peak houon the main road leading to Jayachandran Nagar, but that's typical for Chennai. Overall, Balchandra Buildehave delivered a solid home.

The proximity to Velammal New Gen School in Medavakkam was a huge deciding factor for us, saving us considerable travel time each day. The children's play area is well-equipped and our kids love it. The only concern we have is the noise from the nearby bus depot occasionally, but it’s manageable.

After yeaof renting, we decided to upgrade to a 3 BHK in Balchandra Iris. We chose a 1559 square feet unit. The layout feels very practical for our growing family. Having the Velammal New Gen School nearby was a major factor, making the morning commute for our kids much easier. We also appreciate the piped gas connection, which is convenient. The construction quality appeagood. The only downside we've noticed is that the basketball court area can get quite dusty, especially in the evenings. Balchandra Buildeseem to have put thought into the resident facilities.
