I purchased a 1991 Sq.ft plot for around 48.78 Lakh. The project is ready to move, making the transition smoother. Its proximity to Suretech Hospital and Research Centre (6 mins) and Montfort School (7 mins) was a major deciding factor for me and my family. The amenities like a cycling and jogging track are a nice touch for a healthy lifestyle. One thing I've noticed is that the road connectivity could be better beyond the main Wardha Road; the internal lanes are not always well-maintained. Balaji Group Nagpur has a good project here.
