We were looking for a ready-to-move place in Bengaluru West and Balaji Regency seemed like a good option. The 813 square feet 2 BHK was within our budget, costing around 19.51 Lakh. It's quite close to Mysore Road and Magadi Road, which makes commuting easier for us, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houThe construction looks decent for its age, completed back in October 2009. We liked the layout of the flat, it felt spacious enough for two. We haven't faced any major issues since moving in. Overall, it's a practical choice for young professionals starting out.

There are no specific amenities listed, which is a drawback for a modern residential project. However, the connectivity to Chord Road and Magadi Road is quite good, being just 2 kilometeaway. It's a quiet enough neighborhood.

The location is quite good, with major roads like Mysore Road and Chord Road just 2 kilometeaway. This makes my daily commute manageable. I was a bit concerned about the age of the building, as it was completed in October 2009, but the structure seems sound. I haven't seen any major issues with the flat itself. The biggest drawback for me is the dust and noise from the nearby roads, especially during peak traffic times. Despite that, the price and location were the deciding factofor me.

The price was around 29.76 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the space. Chandra Layout is a developing area, so connectivity to Chord Road is a plus for us. Having the metro station just 2 kilometeaway is also convenient for longer trips. The building is old, completed in 2009, so we were a bit concerned about maintenance, but so far everything seems to be holding up well. We’re happy with the location and the space it offefor our family.

I bought a 2 BHK here about six months ago as an investment. The built-up area is 813 square feet and the price was 19.51 Lakh. Balaji Regency is located in Bangalore West, close to major roads like Mysore Road and Magadi Road, which are only 2 kilometeaway. This gives it good connectivity. The area has seen some growth, and I'm hoping for good rental returns. It was ready to move in when I purchased it, which was a big advantage. My only concern is that the OC received date is not available, which might be a slight issue for future buyeor if I decide to sell. Still, the price point was attractive for the location.
