It's literally close to Seth Dagaduram Katariya English Medium High School, which means no more long commutes for the kids. Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is also right there, which gives us peace of mind. We are looking at a 3 BHK, with options ranging from 1041 sq.ft to 1486 sq.ft carpet area, giving us plenty of space. Balaji Developeis the builder. The project is under construction and completion is expected in December 2028. The Swargate Bus Stop being nearby is also very useful for commuting around Pune. This project on Pune Satara Road feels like a good fit for our family's needs.
