It's very close to Aaryans World School Warje, which is a 4-minute drive, making school runs much easier for our kids. We chose a 342 sq.ft flat which is compact but functional for our small family. The price was around 35 Lakhs. The project is ready to move since November 2020. Balaji Group has included essential amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is good for the environment. The main drawback is the parking situation; the open parking spaces can be a concern, and traffic on the nearby Mumbai Highway can be heavy during peak hou

I'm buying this flat in Balaji Popular Colony Building D1 for my parents who live in Pune. They wanted something comfortable and convenient in the Warje area. I selected a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 445 sq.ft. The price was around 40 Lakhs, which is a reasonable investment for their needs. Balaji Group has delivered this project, and it's ready for possession. They will appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the solid waste management system. It’s also good to know there are street lights and internal roads. My only reservation is that the OC is not yet available, which I hope will be sorted soon. The Mumbai Highway is also very close.
