It's also just a minute's walk from Johnson Grammar School, which is handy for friends or family visiting. I looked at a 1618 Sq.ft 3 BHK, and while the space is good, the price point of around 98 Lakhs felt a little steep for me. The project is ready to move, which is great, but I wish there were more amenities listed. The developer, Sai Teja Constructions, has a decent reputation.
