Balaji Developeare handling the construction, and the target completion date is May 2026. We appreciated the emphasis on Vastu compliance and the provision for solid waste management. Having Sri Vamshidhar high school very close by (0 KM) is a huge advantage for our kids. However, the overall connectivity could be better; the Nehru Outer Ring Road is almost 28 kilometeaway, making longer journeys a bit inconvenient. We are relying on the 24x7 water supply and the maintenance staff to ensure smooth living. Electrification with solar energy options is also a plus.
