Just moved into Balaji Heights and finding it quite convenient. The location in Nagerbazar is decent, very close to VIP Road and Jessore Road, which makes commuting much easier than I expected. Having ILS Hospitals nearby was a major factor for my relocation, and it's only a short drive away. The 2 BHK apartment is a good size at 775 sq.ft for a single peon, with ample space. The 24x7 security and water supply are definite plus points. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, but that's common in Kolkata. Overall, it feels like a safe and accessible place to settle in.

I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Balaji Heights for my family. The built-up area is around 800 sq.ft, which is adequate for our needs. The price was within our budget, falling in the 34 to 40 lakh range. Being ready to move in December 2023 was a big advantage. The project is located in Nagerbazar, and it's reasonably close to Dumdum metro station, nearby. The community hall is a nice facility for gatherings. The main concern is the approach road, which is quite narrow and can get congested. Otherwise, the basic amenities like water and security are functioning well.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Kolkata and Balaji Heights seemed like a good option. We booked a 3 BHK which is spacious at 1226 sq.ft. The price was around 55 lakh, which was a bit high for us, but the location near Naskarhat and Kasba is developing well. Getting to IT hubs takes about 40-50 minutes depending on the traffic, which is manageable for us. The amenities like car parking and terrace garden are nice additions. The construction quality looks solid. We are happy with the decision so far, though we are still waiting for the OC document which was not available at the time of booking.

However, the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Also, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit irritating at times. Despite these minor issues, the location near Nagerbazar is convenient for daily life.

The price was around 36 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move property. The proximity to Jessore Road and VIP Road is convenient for accessing different parts of the city. The security and water supply are reliable, which gives peace of mind. My only reservation is that the developer, S Chatterjee, hasn't provided the OC document yet, which is a bit concerning for future resale value. The community hall is a good feature for social interaction.
