We just got possession of our 3 BHK at Balaji Avaya. Sri Balaji Developehanded over the keys on time, which was a relief. The built-up area is good, ouis 1100 sq.ft, feels spacious enough for the family. Price point was competitive for New Town, around 60 Lakhs. Amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are functional. The location is decent, close to Devaki Memorial School which is great for us. One thing is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I guess that's common in developing areas. Overall, a sensible purchase for our family.

We were renting in Kolkata for yeaand finally decided to buy a bigger place. Balaji Avaya caught our eye because of the 3 BHK options. We chose a 1200 sq.ft flat. The price was about 65 Lakhs, which was stretching our budget a bit but the space is worth it. Having a flower garden on the premises is a nice touch for relaxing. The 24x7 water supply is a big plus. The only drawback is the traffic can be heavy during peak hougetting into this part of Newtown. Sri Balaji Developeneed to look into that.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to stay, and Balaji Avaya seemed like a good fit. I opted for a 2 BHK measuring 700 sq.ft, priced at approximately 40 Lakhs. The maintenance staff is available, which is important for me as I live alone. The garbage disposal system is efficient. The location is convenient, with Devaki Memorial School nearby. However, the parking area could be more spacious; fitting two cacan be a squeeze. Sri Balaji Developehave provided basic amenities, but I wish there was a bit more open green space.

Sri Balaji Developeprovided regular updates during the construction phase. The amenities look decent, especially the gymnasium and the garbage disposal system. The area itself is developing well. The proximity to Charnock Hospital would be beneficial for them too. My only concern is that the metro station is a bit far at nearby, but they mostly use local transport.
