This makes travel for my work much easier. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by November 2027. I am considering a 3 BHK apartment, the built-up area options are between 1265 Sq.ft and 1630 Sq.ft. The price range is from 49.97 Lakh to 64.39 Lakh. The developer, Balaji BuildeJaipur, seems to have a good plan for the common areas including a terrace garden and gymnasium. I also liked the Vastu compliant design. I will need to check more on the parking situation though.
