I chose the 382.23 square feet unit because it felt just right for a single peon. The project is situated at Patel Faliya and is quite accessible from the main road. I checked the status and the building should be ready by December 2026. Bal Infrarealty Private Limited has been very professional during the site visits. The only thing I noticed is that the interior rooms are a bit on the smaller side, so I will have to plan my storage very carefully once I move in. Other than that, it is a great spot.
