The proximity to Maxim Merry School, which is nearby, was a huge draw for us as our children attend there. Also, the MAX MedCenter being so close is reassuring for any medical emergencies. The Bajwa Developeproject is located in Sector 124 Mohali, which is a developing area. While the connectivity to the highways is good, the internal roads around the project can get dusty during construction phases of nearby projects. We are hoping this improves. The flat size is adequate for our family now.
