The developer, Bajwa Develope, has provided several amenities like fire fighting systems and storm water drains, which are practical. It's also close to the Ludhiana-Chandigarh State Highway, which is useful. My concern is the internal roads and footpaths; they could be a bit wider. While the project was ready by July 2017, the lack of an OC received is a bit of a worry, though it doesn't seem to be impacting the community much right now. The prices range up to 3 Crore for larger plots, so I chose a mid-sized one.
