I have been looking for a plot in the Rasulgarh area for yeaand finally settled on Baibhaba Vihar. The project by Baibhaba Buildeis quite decent for the price. I bought a 1000 Sq.ft plot and the handover was quite smooth. The amenities like 24x7 water supply are essential and they have maintained the systems well. Being close to the National Highway 203 makes it very easy for me to reach my office daily. While there is a little bit of noise from the nearby highway, it is not too bad. The gated community provides the privacy I was looking for. Everything is ready to move which is perfect since I plan to start construction by next month.
