Both Nirmala Convent High School and Sahyadri Supepeciality Hospital are 0 kilometeaway, which is incredibly convenient for us. We are considering a 4 BHK, which has a built-up area of 2280 square feet. The price is around 1.33 Crore. The project has a good community building and a kids' play area would have been nice, but the landscaping and fountains look pleasant. The 24x7 security and intercom system provide peace of mind. We are still deciding, but it's a strong contender.
